Toxicity Database
One of the largest databases containing profiles of over 100 million chemicals. It contains one of the largest experimental datastore. Chemical profiles include 28 properties per chemical (physical, functional and toxicological) and its EHS implications.
Data has been constantly curated and updated over the past 10 years using internal AI-driven tools.
Properties Predictor
A unique “Properties Predictor” utilizes over 150 AI-driven prediction models to offer on-demand and in real-time predicted profiles of proprietary chemicals, novel molecules - their metabolites and analogs. In effect you can qualitatively screen all your potential drug candidates within days by comparing their profiles and short-list the ones you can focus on for further studies.
Scores Calculator
Using the individual chemical’s physical and toxicological properties, regulatory information and internal proprietary algorithms, this module provides chemical and reaction-related scores that can help scientists qualify the best chemical and reaction related choices to define greener and more sustainable product product development paths. All scores are calibrated from 0 to 4 and take into account the source of data (experimental vs predicted values, quality of source) and richness of data (missing properties) to grade the quality of the scores.
Reaction Database
To help build complete reaction routes from the retrosynthetic route predictions and literature search, Viridischem has built a comprehensive “Reaction Database” containing published manufacturing processes of intermediates used by Pharmaceutical and Agrochemical companies. Utilizing this database, our product Reaction Analyzer allows the scientists to select the ideal intermediate processes to automatically complete the target route and explore the best route that offers best performance, manufacturing scalability and sustainability matrix.
